I am a yoga & Reiki teacher, Ayurveda Consultant, sound healer, and practitioner in the healing arts based in London. I offer group classes and individual sessions, and teach regular workshops focused on Ayurveda and Sound Healing. Fueled by my passion, my mission is to promote peace and tranquility while advocating for natural, healthy living. My classes in Vinyasa Flow, Hot Tapasya Yoga, Flow & Restore, Yin and Restorative Yoga, are open and welcoming to all.
